This is my 12th year teaching and I will say that I've never been more ready for a summer break than now. I love the administrators at my school and I love the staff that I work with, but that has not stopped me from feeling the pressure and stress that comes along with the job. Last year I read an article about the number of teachers who have to take prescriptions or are using alcohol to self medicate due to work related stress.
