Howdy! I’m Aaron of Seasoned and Blessed. Originally from Atlanta, I lived in Connecticut for 5 years, prior to calling Chicago my 2nd home. It was there I decided to start blogging. Initially, I named my blog My Culinary Window, but It wasn’t until I moved to Chicago and immersed myself in the Black Food Scene that I decided to completely change my platform.
Seasoned and Blessed was born out of a glaring need for year-round representation and celebration of the Black Food Community here in Chicago. There are some amazing businesses here, and I want the world to know we are more than SOUL FOOD. My mission is to build a platform similar to Zagat and Yelp with Black and Brown owned businesses across the Chicagoland Area!
